Sugar Land New Homes encompasse such an expansive area – this is Texas, after all – that folks here actually refer to the city’s many areas by region. This being the city of master-planned communities, each region is made up of several of these neighborhoods where you’ll find many Sugar Land new homes.

Among the Master Planned Communities in Sugar Land you’ll find are Sugar Mill, Belknap, Brookside, and Venetian Estates. Sugarland new homes are most likely located in the newer residential developments of Woodbridge and Glen Laurel. The Sugar Land Business Park, where many of the city’s hi-tech firms make their residence, is also here.

Sugar Mill is almost built out and you’re not likely to find Sugar Land new homes here, though resales are a possibility. The community is located not far from the Southwest Freeway, but it has retained its small-town atmosphere. Sugar Land new homes and Sugar Land custom homes are what make up the recently developed Woodbidge, which sprawls over 680 acres and comes complete with amenities such as tennis courts, a junior Olympic swimming pool and a lake.

Most of the city’s planned communities have country club features and services, providing residents with a plethora of outdoor and social activities to choose from. As for schooling, most of the high school students in this particular area attend empner High School. Woodbridge has an elementary school on-site.
